Tadasana or Mountain Pose


The word "tada" in Sanskript means "mountain". Most people do not balance perfectly on both legs, leading to alignments that can be avoided. 

Tadasana teaches the art of standing correctly and increases the awareness of the body.

Corrects bad posture by straightening the spine and toning the gluteus maximum.
